We have blended the concepts of Acupressure and lymphatic drainage massage with the Marma concepts of Ayurveda. Marma or energy center is a unique concept in Ayurveda; it is said that the human body has 108 different centers of energy, which channelize Prana. And Ayurveda Massage balances them. Marma Abhyanga or Massage is a traditional Ayurvedic body massage done using special, medicated oils by experienced Ayurveda therapists. While massage helps your nerves to relax and restore blood circulation, the oils restore your inner balance. The experts activate your energy centers through massage strokes, which creates uniform flow of Prana, improves your physical health, lowers toxin level, thus you experience freedom from physical and mental stress.

Aromatherapy is a holistic process to heal mind and body. It offers relief from stress & toxins which lead to slowdown and negativity; impacting one’s overall health. Aromatherapy Massage is rendered with the distilled concentrates essence of plants commonly termed as Essential Oil, life force of the plants, extracted by using special techniques. Essential oils are “Nature’s Medicines” bestowed with precious therapeutic uses. Aroma Massage uses these as massage oils, incorporating the concepts of Ayurveda & Aromatherapy to provide healing.

Hamam Abhyanga Snana is based on the ancient therapy of medicated baths mentioned in Ayurvedic texts with the concepts of Hamam therapy practiced in Turkey. In ancient India Abhyanga Snana was a ritualistic early morning bath during high festival season performed by families of regal lineage, which included oil massages, exfoliating skin with medicinal scrubs, followed by a warm water bath to which aromatic herbs and oils have been mixed. This is an unique therapy that will leave you craving for more.

Time to renew the skin! Swasthya Herbal rice and milk massage is an exotic therapy wherein rice is cooked along with medicinal herbs, aromatic spices, oils and milk to prepare a blend that is used for massaging the body. A special process is followed while preparation of this blend. Every aspect and raw material (including rice, milk, herbs, and oils) is carefully supervised in terms of quality, quantity, creating the blend, following the process of preparation etc.

This rice and milk massage has significant benefits in skin firming, toning and removing impurities like dead skin and blemishes besides rejuvenating every nerve of the body through massage strokes thereby improving the overall blood circulation.

The active healing ingredients of the products used during this ritual exert action through inhalation and skin absorption.

Almond, Olive and Sandalwood Massage

The concept of using Almond and Olive oil for protecting the skin, muscles and nerves against impact of the elements was followed since centuries in Middle East and Southern Europe. In ancient India the sandalwood oil was used in a similar fashion to protect the vital organs of the head along with the skin all over the body from excess heat. We have combined both these concepts together to create our Almond, Olive and Sandalwood Massage. A blend of these three oils is used to massage the body from head to toe. Specific massage strokes are used on various body regions to remove excess acids and toxins. This results in a deep nourishing and cooling effect.

Body Polishing

This is one of the most luxurious and relaxing therapy. It is a complete head to toe pampering of the body to drain out stress and create harmony. The therapy begins with a full head and body massage. This is followed by an exfoliating body scrub and steam. Now that the skin has been nourished and the pores have been opened a full body and face pack is applied. The body now thoroughly cleansed and moisturized is immersed into a relaxing soak made of essential oils and herbs.

Shiro Abhyanga means head massage. This powerful calming & relaxing therapy is carried out in the sitting posture using specially blended medicated oil, extracted from various trees, plants and flowers. This treatment helps in lowering stress from patient’s shoulders and neck, and upward, improves quality of sleep, and nourishes hair roots. The relaxing massage is given by an expert, where each stroke opens your nerves in the head to make you calm, clear the clutter, making way for clarity of thought.

This is a deep, dry massage done with herbal powders, spices, honey. Milk and essential oils. It causes exfoliation of dead skin cells and makes skin toxins-free. Body Scub Massage is a noninvasive technique to de tox the skin layers by lowering and breaking down body’s excess subcutaneous fat and mobilizing toxins.

It’s ideal for both men and women. It has been widely used in Ayurveda for centuries. Similar practice can also be seen in parts of Europe and Middle East. We have combined all the techniques to create our own style.

Our Body Wraps have developed from the combination of concepts of Naturopathy and Ayurveda.

Naturopathy as the name suggests is system of healing in which properties of elements such as Fire, Air, Water, and Earth are harnessed to cure body of any physical ailments.

We have developed different types of body wraps to address the requirements of different individuals. Depending on the health status, herbs, oils, clay etc are mixed in certain proportions to prepare the wrap to supplement the body to achieve the desired outcome. Our body soak therapy is a combination of Hydrotherapy and Ayurvedic Awagaha Snana. Hydrotherapy is a technique of healing body’s ailment using hot and cold water. Ayurveda has a similar concept of cleansing the skin, firming the muscles and energizing the nerves called Awagaha Snana. In this therapy body is immersed in cold/warm water that has a mix of essential oils, spices, herbs and milk for a period of 30 minutes to open up pores and remove impurities. This is done under the supervision of experts and choice of herbs and essential oils depend on your specific problem.

Face packs, have been frequently mentioned in the Ayurveda for cleansing, exfoliating, toning, and hydrating facial tissues which adds glow and radiance to one’s face. Special strokes in facial muscle firming therapy help to relax muscles and relieve stress from the head region thereby reducing ageing lines like crowfeet, and wrinkles on the forehead. While performing Shirodhara lukewarm herbal decoction or oil is poured in an even stream on the forehead to calm and revitalize the mind. Shirodhara is also known for its intense rejuvenating and anti-aging effects, which impacts and improves memory, normalizes sleep patterns and helps to resolve many other neurological disorders. Most of us remember getting up in the middle of the night due to pressures of office work, deadlines, targets, even a personal crises etc. Dhara provides a great relief to such problems. We have

Netra Tarpana-

Netradhara is a treatment for the eyes by applying pure ghee which has its `gun’ or medical properties intact. This ghee is generally processed from cow’s milk.

These cows are not given injections or on wrong type of fodder, they are kept in natural and in top hygienic conditions. As a result the sattva in their milk is intact with complete absence of bad cholesterol. Ghee prepared from this milk is full of therapeutic properties.

While receiving Netra Tarpana the person is made to lie down on the table and a border/ring of flour paste is made around the eyes. Medicated ghee is then poured gently into the ring surrounding the eyes. After sufficient ghee has been poured, the person is asked to open and close the eyes a few times. This process relieves stress from the eyes and ghee treats other ophthalmic disorders during the process. It’s part of overall health therapy under Agniveda Program.

Nasya-

Nasya is a therapy for the Nose, to clear the channels. The person receiving Nasya is also asked to lie down and medicated oil or ghee is put in the nostrils. This treatment helps in decongestion, removal of toxins from the head region, lowering recurring cold attacks, and so on. It’s proved to be highly beneficial for people who suffered frequent cold attacks and were prescribed anti allergic medicines

Karna Poorana-

Karna Poorana is a treatment for the ears. The person lies down and medicated oil or ghee is put into one ear at a time. This treatment helps in removing toxins, improves and clearing hearing capacity, controlling ear infections, etc.

Gandusa-

This treatment involves the retention of medicated oil or decoction in the mouth for a few minutes. This therapy is good for cleansing, detoxifying the mouth, improves voice, reduces gum and tooth disorders.

Kavala-

This treatment involves retention, movement and gargling with medicated oil or decoction in the mouth for a few minutes. This therapy helps in lowering the disorders of ear, nose, throat and mouth region.

Kati Basti-

This is a special and very popular therapy for reducing the ever increasing problem related to the lower back. A small ring made of flour paste is placed on the lower back. Warm medicated oil is then poured into the ring of dough and allowed to seep and be absorbed into the skin. This therapy lowers stress of the back muscles, soothes muscular tissue and alleviates pain.

Manya Basti-

This is a special and very popular therapy for reducing the ever increasing problem related to the upper back. A small ring made of flour paste is placed on the shoulder and neck. Warm medicated oil is then poured into the ring of dough and allowed to seep and be absorbed into the skin. This therapy lowers stress of the upper back muscles, soothes muscular tissue and alleviates pain.

Hrud Basti

This is a special therapy to control and combat heart related disorders. A small ring made of flour paste is placed on the chest area. Warm medicated oil is then poured into the ring of paste. The patient is asked to rest for a while in this position to let oil get soaked and absorbed in the chest area. This therapy is helpful in strengthening the muscles around the heart, removing toxins and reducing the chances of a heart related ailments.

Patra Pottali-

The word “patra pottali” is derived from two words, Patra means leaves and Pottali means bundle. Patra pottali is a form of fomentation performed by specially prepared poultice of medicinal leaves. It is a highly beneficial form of therapy for chronic back pain, joint swelling or stiffness, sciatica, spondylosis, cramps, strains and sprains, muscular pain, etc.

Foot Massage or Pada Abhyanga-

The ancient Chinese science of Reflexology states the feet contain the energy center of all the vital organs of the body. These energy centers can not only be used to create health in sickness but also to improve the status of health on daily basis. The system of using specific strokes to charge these points has been used since centuries. This concept is very similar to the science of Marma in Ayurveda. We have used the philosophies of both these sciences to design our foot therapy. This is a massage done from the soles of the feet right up to the knees using Ayurveda and Aromatherapy oils. This therapy is beneficial in relieving stress and strain, improving energy levels, improved blood and lymph circulation, fight depression, better sleep, reduce aches and pains and improve overall health.

Panchakarma De Tox Therapy- Basti-

This is part of the Ayurvedic Panchkarma cleansing. It’s a method of removing toxins accumulated in the digestive system through administered medicated enemas made of honey, salt, various oils and decoctions. It helps to deal with problems like constipation, flatulence, body aches, acidity, digestion, etc.

The Basti therapy is of two types
  • Anuvasana basti: We offer this as a nourishing Basti that provides nourishment as the toxins drain out of the body.
  • Niruha basti: we offer this Basti after the removal of toxins for cleansing of the system.
